Course Information
- Duration: 85 hours of training
- Learning Labs: (virtual over Zoom platform from 6 to 9 pm KSA Time)
- Practical Labs: Supervised Practical Sessions 17 sessions x 3 hours (Virtual over Zoom platform every Sunday from 6 to 9 pm KSA time)
- Group Mentor Sessions: 2 Sessions for 3 hours each (virtual over zoom platform) to be assigned

She has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world where she occupied the position of HR Director in Leading banks in Lebanon and the GCC.
Randa specializes in Career, Leadership and Performance Coaching and her purpose is to support aspiring coaches in their career and learning journey to create a positive impact and a sustainable change in the lives of their clients.

Tanya Hamdan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 8 years of experience and the director of training in Groath Coaching Academy (GCA). She centered her career in supporting individuals and parents as well, ,to find their purpose, reach their goals, unlock their potentials and live a life full of fulfillment and inner-peace.
Tanya has over a decade of experience as the Head of Customer Service, developing her skills in relationship-building, communication, and team leadership.
Transitioning to coaching, she has empowered hundreds to achieve their goals and transform their lives. Tanya is known for her dynamic workshops on emotional intelligence, relationship building, and confident communication, delivered to schools and individuals alike.
Her coaching journey began in 2018 with her initial certification, followed by specialization in NLP and training for parents of special needs children afterwards.
