I started my career journey in the corporate world more than twenty-two years ago specializing in Human Resources where I strived to work with staff member to further enhance their skills to reach their highest potential. I always had a passion to transfer knowledge through continuous training and provide career development opportunities and growth to people I deal with as I believe that learning is continuous journey and that there should be no limit to our career aspiration and we should continuously challenge the status quo and break our limiting beliefs.

In 2016, I embarked on my executive coaching Journey and worked hard to get my MCC Credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) after five years of studying, coaching more than 200 individual clients and after conducting around 50 group and team coaching sessions adding up to approximately 3000 coaching hours.
