Learning Philosophy

At Groath Coaching Academy (GCA), we believe in a holistic coaching approach rooted in three pillars:

 

  1. Achieving a meaningful change, by first understanding the client’s unique patterns and navigating the landscape of their authentic self.
  2. By tackling the “who” of the client, we embark on a transformative journey that goes beyond addressing content to unlock the client’s true potential.
  3. Empowering clients to live in alignment with their most authentic selves, thus enabling them to align their actions with their true beliefs, values and aspirations

I chose to become a coaching educator provider because of my unwavering passion for supporting individuals in unlocking their latent potential and capabilities to propel them to new heights in both their personal and professional endeavors. Witnessing the profound transformation that occurs when individuals tap into their inner strengths and talents is incredibly fulfilling for me. I believe that everyone possesses untapped reservoirs of potential waiting to be discovered, and as a coach and educator, I am dedicated to supporting others on this journey of self-discovery and growth. By empowering individuals to recognize and leverage their unique talents, I aim to not only partner with them in their personal and career advancement, but also contribute to the larger collective of empowered, fulfilled, and impactful individuals shaping a brighter future for themselves and the world at large.
