In Alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Groath Coaching Academy is committed to fostering a professional, ethical, respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment aligned with the standards and values of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
This Code of Conduct outlines the behavioral, ethical, and professional expectations for all participants, trainers, mentor coaches, assessors, staff members, and stakeholders involved in the Academy’s programs and activities.

Professional Conduct:
All participants and faculty members are expected to:
• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times
• Communicate with honesty, courtesy, and professionalism
• Respect differing opinions, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment
• Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
Ethical Practice:
All individuals affiliated with the Academy are expected to:
• Uphold the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies
• Maintain integrity, transparency, and confidentiality
• Avoid conflicts of interest where possible and disclose them when necessary
• Refrain from making misleading claims regarding coaching outcomes, credentials, or qualifications
• Practice coaching within the boundaries of their competence and training
Confidentiality:
Participants and faculty agree to:
• Respect the confidentiality of coaching conversations, peer discussions, recordings, assessments, and shared experiences
• Not disclose personal or sensitive information shared during training without consent
• Use coaching recordings and learning materials only for educational and assessment purposes as authorized by the Academy
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)
Groath Coaching Academy is committed to maintaining an inclusive learning environment where all individuals are treated

Learning Environment Expectations Participants are expected to:
• Attend sessions punctually and participate actively
• Engage respectfully in discussions and experiential activities
• Provide constructive and professional feedback
• Respect group agreements and learning boundaries
• Complete assignments and assessments ethically and independently
Assessment & Academic Integrity
Participants shall:
• Submit authentic and original work
• Refrain from plagiarism, falsification, or misrepresentation
• Respect assessment procedures and evaluator feedback
• Follow all Academy policies related to coaching assessments and performance evaluations
Digital & Online Conduct
For virtual or hybrid learning environments, participants are expected to:
• Communicate respectfully in online platforms and discussions
• Use digital tools responsibly and professionally
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants
• Avoid unauthorized recording or distribution of sessions or materials
Complaints & Grievances:
Groath Coaching Academy maintains a formal Grievance Policy aligned with ICF standards.
Participants and stakeholders may raise concerns or complaints respectfully and without fear of retaliation.
All grievances will be reviewed fairly, confidentially, and professionally.
Accountability & Violations:
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate action by the Academy, including:
• Verbal or written warnings
• Review meetings
• Removal from specific activities or programs
• Suspension or dismissal from the Academy where necessary
Actions will be handled fairly, respectfully, and in alignment with Academy policies and ICF ethical standards.
