Grievance/Complaint Policy

Grievance Policy

At Groath Coaching Academy, we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, ethical, and psychologically safe learning environment in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards and Code of Ethics.
Participants, trainers, mentor coaches, staff members, and stakeholders have the right to raise concerns, complaints, or grievances related to the Academy’s programs, services, conduct, assessments, or ethical practices without fear of retaliation.

Grievance Process:

• All grievances should be submitted in writing to the Academy administration via email within a reasonable timeframe of the incident.
• The Academy will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within a reasonable period and review the matter fairly, confidentially, and objectively.
• Where appropriate, discussions may be conducted with relevant parties to support a fair resolution process.
• The Academy is committed to addressing grievances respectfully, transparently, and in a timely manner.

Confidentiality:
All grievance matters will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity to protect the privacy and dignity of all individuals involved.

Non-Retaliation:
Groath Coaching Academy prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a concern or grievance in good faith.

Ethical Commitment:
All grievances involving ethical concerns will be reviewed in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics and the Academy’s ethical standards and policies.
